German police are reviewing the suspicious deaths of 21 engineering workers -- dating back nearly two decades -- after one of their co-workers was allegedly caught on camera trying to poison a colleague’s lunch.

The authorities launched an investigation after finding quicksilver, lead and cadmium at the 56-year-old suspect’s home following the alleged attempted poisoning at the metal fitting firm in the small northwestern town of Schloss Holte-Stukenbrock.

The 26-year-old colleague, whom authorities have not named, noticed a suspicious, unknown white powder on his sandwich and reported it to his manager, Achim Ridder, a spokesman for the Bielefeld Police, told ABC News.

The company then installed a CCTV camera in the lunch break room. On two more occasions, the footage allegedly showed the 56-year-old suspect opening his colleague's lunch box and sprinkling something on the sandwiches during lunch breaks, police said.

Home video records (by means of smartphone technology) are very useful in all forms of TLOC to allow signs of an attack to be studied. Patients and their relatives should be urged to record attacks, if possible, in cases of diagnostic uncertainty. In epilepsy, advances are made towards prolonged video and EEG recording in patients' homes. 206 , 207 For syncope or PPS, experience suggests that the chances of obtaining a video record are higher for PPS than for syncope, which is probably the effect of a high frequency and long duration of attacks in PPS. It is rare for the beginning of events to be recorded. 206 Home video records allow complex events such as syncope-induced epileptic seizures to be diagnosed. 208

In an overview of eight studies, including 625 patients with syncope undergoing EPS, 209 positive results occurred predominantly in patients with structural heart disease. In recent years, the development of powerful non-invasive methods, i.e. prolonged ECG monitoring, showing a higher diagnostic value, has decreased the importance of EPS as a diagnostic test. In clinical practice, registry data show that approximately 3% of patients with unexplained syncope evaluated by cardiologists undergo EPS and even fewer if they are evaluated by other specialists. 71 Nevertheless, EPS remains useful for diagnosis in the following specific clinical situations: asymptomatic sinus bradycardia (suspected sinus arrest causing syncope), bifascicular BBB (impending high-degree AV block), and suspected tachycardia.

The pre-test probability of bradycardia-related syncope is relatively high when there is asymptomatic sinus bradycardia (<50 b.p.m.) or sinoatrial block, usually documented by 12-lead ECG or ECG monitoring. The prognostic value of a prolonged sinus node recovery time (SNRT) is not well defined. An abnormal response is defined as ≥1.6 or 2 s for SNRT, or ≥525 ms for corrected SNRT. 210 One observational study showed a relationship between the presence of prolonged SNRT at EPS and the effect of pacing on symptoms. 211 Another small prospective study showed that a corrected SNRT ≥800 ms had an eight-fold higher risk of syncope than a SNRT below this value. 212

Patients with bifascicular block and syncope are at higher risk of developing high-degree AV block. 213 A prolonged HV interval ≥70 ms, or induction of second- or third-degree AV block by pacing or by pharmacological stress (ajmaline, procainamide, or disopyramide), identifies a group at higher risk of developing AV block. By combining the above-mentioned parts of the electrophysiological protocol, a positive EPS yielded a positive predictive value as high as ≥80% for the identification of patients who will develop AV block in old studies. 214–216 This finding has been indirectly confirmed by recent studies that showed a significant reduction in syncopal recurrences in patients with prolonged HV implanted with a pacemaker compared with a control group of untreated patients with a negative EPS 188 , or with a control group who received an empiric pacemaker. 217 These results justify an upgrade of the recommendation for EPS-guided therapy (i.e. cardiac pacing) in patients with a positive EPS from class IIa to class I.

In his three seasons, Abdullah has averaged 3.8 yards per carry. He has never rushed for more than 600 yards in a single campaign, and injuries have limited him to just 16 games over the last two years.

In 2017, Abdullah produced a paltry 3.3 yards per carry and never looked like a major offensive threat. With the Lions adding both Kerryon Johnson and LeGarrette Blount this offseason, 2017 may have represented his last chance to become one.

According to Chris Burke of The Athletic, Abdullah has been splitting time between offense and special teams this offseason, with "a slight lean toward the latter."

The Green Bay Packers invested heavily in their secondary at the top of this year's draft. The did the same thing back in 2015, drafting cornerbacks Damarious Randall and Quinten Rollins in the first two rounds.

Hopefully, this year's additions of Jaire Alexander and Josh Jackson prove to be more fruitful.

Randall was traded away this offseason (and moved back to his college position of safety). Rollins remains on the roster but hasn't lived up to expectations. Injuries have limited the Miami (Ohio) product to just 33 games over three seasons, and he's also coming off a torn Achilles.

In his three seasons, Rollins has produced just 85 tackles and three interceptions.

According to Michael Cohen of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel , "There are some within the Packers' scouting department who feel Rollins should be moved to safety." With Jackson, Alexander and 2017 second-round pick Kevin King on the roster, Rollins may be running out of chances to be a star corner in Green Bay.

entered the league as a fourth-round selection of the Miami Dolphins in 2012. After several promising seasons in Miami, Miller parlayed them into a Clearance Reliable To Buy Womens Incontra/Sensual Suspender Stockings 20 Den Fiore Browse Sale Online 100% Original Cheap Online q5ki9
with the Houston Texans in the 2016 offseason.

Miller's first season in Houston was solid (1,073 yards, 4.0 yards per carry). However, he was a disappointment last season, especially considering his contract. Miller appeared in all 16 games but rushed for just 888 yards and 3.7 yards per carry—a career worst—with three touchdowns. That's not what the Texans want out of a guy making nearly $7 million a year.

The presence of fellow back D'Onta Foreman and Miller's salary actually prompted Sarah Barshop of ESPN.com to speculate that Houston may part with Miller this offseason. Yet he remains on the roster and will likely get another chance to play alongside Deshaun Watson in 2018.

The fact remains, however, that Miller isn't playing up to the level his contract would suggest.

The Indianapolis Colts had a disappointing season in 2017, and not just because of quarterback Andrew Luck 's absence. Having the league's 28th-ranked pass defense (246.6 yards per game allowed) certainly didn't help.
